Submission of Final Thesis by Student

After successfully completing the open defense the candidate shall submit to the University final copy of the thesis,after incorporating the changes and updating the data,if suggested by the referees,and the guide shall certify.Once it is certified by Guide and dean,candidate will be awarded with academic degree.

• Candidates can submit an Errata report with Final Thesis,it shall include a summary of changes and data incorporated by the candidate.

Terminologies Used

• Guide : Guide shall mean a member of the academic staff of the University/Constituent Unit, who guide/supervise the research work of the candidate.
• Dean : The head of a university faculty or department.
• Referee : A referee is someone who has been given the responsibility of evaluating the suitability of thesis and the candidate for the award of PG and Ph.d.

Pre-requisites

• Candidate Thesis must be accepted by all competent authorities and Open defense must be successfully conducted and approved.

Functionality

1. Able to pay Final Thesis fee online if applicable.
2. The Candidate will be able to submit his Final Thesis online.
3. The Candidate will be able check approval & progress of evaluation of Thesis of various Competent authorities configured.
4. The Candidate will be able to resubmit Final Thesis if rejected or in case of any changes to be added suggested by Guide or Dean.

CASE 1 :- Submission of Thesis

• Candidate can prepare his/her Final Thesis and Errata report in PDF format and upload it.Once it is submitted,respective authority will get the communication to approve and evaluate the candidate Final Thesis.
