Contents
Final Thesis Approval by Guide
After successfully completing the open defense the candidate shall submit to the University final copy of the thesis,after incorporating the changes and updating the data,if suggested by the referees,and the guide shall certify.
- Once Final Thesis is submitted by the candidate,it will be sent to the Guide and dean to certify.
- Guide can download and certify the Errata and Final Thesis copy,after their approval it will be send to Dean to certify.

Pre-requisites
- Candidate open defense must be completed successfully.
- Candidate should have submitted his Final Thesis.
Terminologies Used
- Guide : Guide shall mean a member of the academic staff of the University/Constituent Unit, who guide/supervise the research work of the candidate.
- Dean : The head of a university faculty or department.
- Convocation Year : Convocation means a large, formal meeting, esp. for the ceremony at a university at the end of a course of study.We can define period to identify candidate who have registered or accomplished their Thesis & Thesis in defined Convocation Year.

Functionality
1) Final Thesis approval by Guide
- Once Final Thesis submitted by Candidate it will sent to His/Her Guide for approval to certify,Guide can evaluate and approve it.Once it is approved by Guide it will be sent to certify candidate Final Thesis to the Dean.
- Guide will be able to check approved and pending candidate details in separate tab for Master & Ph.d
- Guide will be able to check approval status of Dean and can communicate with them to take further action.
2) Send back to Students
- Guide can send back submission with Remark to the candidate in case of any suggestion or changes required.
- If Guide choose an option of send back to students, candidate will be able to make the recommended changes and resubmit it.After re-submission by candidate, it will be sent for approval to the guide again.
3) View Recommendation Report
- Guide shall certify candidate Final Thesis after verification of candidate Final Thesis and recommendation report submitted by the Examiners.
4) Download Abstract
- Guide can download/view the abstract of the Project submitted by the candidate.
5) Download Provisional Certificate
- After acceptance of Candidate Final thesis by Guide and Dean,Guide can download the Provisional Degree Certificate of the Candidate.
