Exam Schedule Configuration

Exam Schedule configuration enables to add regular/backlog/revaluation exam schedule. By defining exam start date and end date the schedule for entire exam process is finalized.

Pre-Requisite

• Exam should be created

Input Needed

• Exam Name
• Exam Start Date
• Exam End Date

Functionality

1) Replicate Exam Schedule

• Allows replication of existing exam schedule.
• User may opt to have same exam schedule for different programs.
• Replicate exam schedule option enables to copy exam schedule of one program for other program.

2) Add Regular Exam

• Regular Mid term or End term exam schedule can be added by specifying exam schedule name, start date and end date.
• Different display name of exam on mark-sheet can be given.
• Include back-log papers with this exam : This option allows to combine both Regular and Backlog exam together.
• Allow student (feedback) restriction for this exam : Students who haven't given feedback will be restricted from appearing for exam.
• Allow Attendance Percentage :
