Student Login Credential Creation

College Student : Advisable to use Genuine email-ID for login credentials because

• Email ID’s are globally unique
• Easy to remember
• System can communicate on that email ID with the student

School Student : School student normally do not have an email ID. However the parents will have the email ID and the same can be used to access the system for daily calendar, Notices, homework, results, activities, events etc.

In absence of an email ID any Unique key like Student General Register Number etc. can be used for generating Login Credentials.

Unique ID for Student should be as per the ORGANIZATION POLICY.

For students it could be Admission Year+Inst+Course+Rollno/GRNO
