Contents
Final Thesis Approval by Guide
After successfully completing the open defense the candidate shall submit to the University final copy of the thesis,after incorporating the changes and updating the data,if suggested by the referees,and the guide shall certify.
- Once Final Thesis is submitted by the candidate,it will be sent to the Guide and dean to certify.
- Guide can download and certify the Errata and Final Thesis copy,after their approval it will be send to Dean to certify.

Pre-requisites
Terminologies Used
- Guide : Guide shall mean a member of the academic staff of the University/Constituent Unit, who guide/supervise the research work of the candidate.
- Dean : The head of a university faculty or department.
- Convocation Year : Convocation means a large, formal meeting, esp. for the ceremony at a university at the end of a course of study.We can define period to identify candidate who have registered or accomplished their Thesis & Thesis in defined Convocation Year.

Functionality
1) Final Thesis approval by Guide
- Once Final Thesis submitted by Candidate it will sent to His/Her Guide for approval to certify,Guide can evaluate and approve it.Once it is approved by Guide it will be sent to certify candidate Final Thesis to the Dean.
2) Send back to Students
- Guide can send back submission with Remark to the candidate in case of any suggestion or changes required.
- If Guide choose an option of send back to students, candidate will be able to make the recommended changes and resubmit it.After re-submission by candidate, it will be sent for approval to the guide again.
3) Approval status of Candidate and Other authorities
- Guide will able to check approved,pending and send back candidate details in separate tab for Master & Ph.d
- Guide will able to check approval status of other authorities and can communicate with respective authorities to take further action.
4) Submit Report/Recommendation on Candidate Thesis
- Guide will be able to evaluate candidate Thesis and Submit recommendation report using upload option or standard template.
- Once report is submitted by Guide and other Examiner,Guide will be able to view/download Examiner report.
