Registration Approval

Applied applications can be approved through this. Application fee receipt can be verified or receipt number can be added manually before approval.

While approving applications room availability statistic can be seen.

Roles

Hostel Admin

Hostel Admin >> Hostel admission >> Registration Approval.

All pending-List of all applicants will appear here who have applied for the hostel. Application fee status can be paid or pending.

Pending- Applicants who have registered for the hostel but application fee payment is pending.

In-Process- Applicants who have registered for the hostel and application fee is paid.

Approved- Applicants who have registered with the application fee payment & application is approved.

Rejected- Applicants who have applied for hostel and application got rejected.

Approve/Reject Input

To add manual cash receipt- Cash receipt number, Amount.

Application can be approved/rejected.

Manual cash receipt number can be added before approval.

Room availability can be viewed before approving.

SMS and Email notification can be sent to applicants.

Overall applicants/Program wise applicants can be seen
