Once all the agenda and sub-agenda topic are successfully added to inside the responsibility, they are send for the approval to the committee member to whom we have assign authority to approve agenda.

• Able to add the subject and description of the meeting.
• After meeting is created successfully agenda and sub-agenda can be added inside the responsibility.
