Budget Proposal Configuration

This is basic configuration to define the budget proposal authority for each department/cost center.


  • Institute finance policy should be created.
  • Financial year should be created.
  • Budget title should be created.
  • Group and subgroups should be created.

  • Budget proposal authorities can be defined for configured groups and subgroups.
  • Finance admin able to add the proposal authority for each ledger under the configured group.
  • Finance admin able to remove/change the proposal authority for each ledger.
  • Proposal authority names will be highlighted with green color.
