Recruitment Liaison

  • Before starting with recruitment we have to create Recruitment Liaison first.
  • The whole Recruitment is dependent on Recruitment Liaison only.

University Post Configuration

  • Posts are created for which recruitment is being done.

Recruitment Process

  • Recruitment process is a process of identifying the jobs vacancy, analyzing the job requirements, shortlisting and selecting the right candidate, analyzing the recruitment fees if any, against which post we want to recruit, etc.

Recruitment Finance Liaison

  • Recruitment finance policy is mapped against the recruitment liaison.

Office Document Configuration

  • Templates of documents are created, for e.g. Joining Letter.

Recruitment Test Configuration

  • Recruitment test topics, question banks, difficulty level of the test is configured.
  • Test schedule, marks, duration is configured.
  • Test result evaluation is done.

GD or PI

  • Group Discussion - Group Discussion is a interview process or you can call it as a group activity. GD evaluation is done by the subject experts based on the discussions. A report will be prepared on analyzing the facts at the end of the discussion.
  • Personal Interview - The purpose of conducting a personal interview survey is to explore the responses of the people to gather more and deeper information.
  • GD or PI evaluation parameters are created.
  • Date wise GD or PI marks can be view. joining letter can be print for the applicants.

Call For Interview

  • Call for interview is sent to the applicant through the mail or SMS.
  • Interviews can be schedule for individual or multiple employees.
