Committee Members

  • The role of a committee member is to participate at committee meetings and offer help and support to any tasks that need completing.
  • They are responsible for ensuring that all decisions are taken in the best interests of the committee and that their role is carried out effectively.

Terminology Used

  • Duty Name - Name of the role assign to the member.
  • Start Date - Enter duty start date.
  • Member Name - Enter the name of internal / external member.

Inputs Needed

  • Duty Name
  • Start Date
  • Member Name

Functionality

  • Able to add the new members in the committee.
  • Able search for member using filter. (For e.g. Teaching, Non Teaching Faculty, etc)
  • Able to search for the member which does not belong to our institutes.
  • Able to assign the duties to the members. (For e.g. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretory)
  • Able to assign the different authorities to the members based on their duties. (For e.g. Meeting Approval, Agenda Approval, Meeting Creation Authority, Grievance Authority)
  • Able to view the member profiles.
  • Able to download the internal members CVs.
  • Able to download the internal members profile images.
  • Able to sent email to the committee members.
  • Able to discontinue the member if he leave the committee for any reason. but we have to select alternate member for that duty.
