Employee Office Docs Handover

Document sanctioning authority shall either approve or reject the document. After document sanctioning process document shall be handed over to employee.

Inputs Needed

  • Select from Approved Document list


1) Document Handover

  • Once sanctioning authorities have approved documents it shall be routed to document handover authority.
  • Allocated authority shall get an button named handover.
  • When clicked on Handover button option to print document shall be visible.
  • Authority can take the printout and mention comments as to whom the documents were handed over.

2) Document History

  • Document history would be visible at handover authorities login.
  • Details like approved by, sanctioned by, etc. shall be visible.
