Terminology Used

  • CO (Course Outcome) - Course Outcomes describe the learning that will take place across the curriculum through concise statements, made in specific and measurable terms, of what students will know and be able to do as the result of having successfully completed a course.
  • CO Average (CO Attainment) - For the evaluation and assessment of CO’s and PO’s, rubrics are used. In each course, the level of attainment of each CO is compared with the predefined targets, if is not the course coordinator takes necessary steps for the improvement to reach the target. With the help of CO against PO/PSO mapping, the PO/PSO attainment is calculated by the programme coordinator.
