Functionality

• Able to view the committee agenda status. it shown status as pending until and unless the committee request is not added to the committee agenda. once the committee request is added to the committee agenda then the committee agenda status changes to submitted.
• HR admin will decide whether to add or not agenda to the committee. If HR wants then he can add agenda to the committee
• Once committee request is added to committee agenda then we can only view the committee request and also we can download a zip file of committee request.
