Merit List
Merit list will be generated separate for each round. Merit list will be generated based on marks entered by applicant and priorities set by admin and marks entered by applicant.
Admin can give weight-age to marks. For example for UG admissions 50% weight-age can be given to 12th aggregate marks. 25% marks can be given to entrance exam which is conducted by Institute & 25% to 10th marks.
Along with this admin can choose fields (column) to display on merit list report.

Terminology Used
- Display order - Display order will be the sequence of columns to be displayed while generating merit list. For example- Application number field can be given display order as 1 and aggregate marks field can be given display order as 10th (may be the last)
- Sort order - Sort order can be the sorting sequence expected to generate merit list. For example sort order sequence 1 can be given to Application form number. In this case merit list will be sorted according to application number sequence. Whereas in few cases sort order sequence 1 can be given to 12th aggregate marks, in such case merit list will be sorted based on 12th aggregate marks.
