Leave Configuration » Compensatory Off Configuration

Terminology Used

Post Type - Post type include Teaching,Non teaching and Contractual those are employee in particular institute.

Define at Approval - These leaves are assigned to particular individuals with prior approval of their immediate reporting manager.

Validity - Validity for this particular leave.

Auto Credit - Auto credit If an employee works for minimum / maximum no. of hours defined.

Minimum Working Hours - Minimum Working Hours during non-working days. (week-offs, holidays or any other occasion).

Max No. of Days Allowed At a Time - Max No. of Days to take leave at a time.

Credit after Approval - Credit after it s approved from respective Alternate and Reporting Manager 1.

Functionality

- User can define C-Off rules Post Type wise.

- User can define the validity of compensatory-off in either days or months.

- Auto credit of compensatory leave is possible if configured accordingly.If an employee works for minimum no. of hours defined while configuration, he/she will be auto-credited compensatory-off.

- User can define Working Hours during non-working days.

- User can define limit of compensatory off applications.

- User can apply for compensatory leave after approval can avail the same.
