Compensatory Off

Compensatory off are those leaves which are assigned to the employee if he/she has worked during non-working days. Non-working days may include week-offs, holidays or any other occasion. These leaves are assigned to particular individuals with prior approval of their immediate reporting manager. The system provides facility to set validity for this particular leave which can be set manually.
