Employee Profile is where all the details of an employee are filled. These details include his personal, academic, documents as well as emergency contact details. The employee profile is filled through the Head Admin at the time of joining by the HR. The system allows to upload all these details using a form or a excel sheet which can be downloaded and the details can be filled in. Once the details are filled, the same sheet can be uploaded. This process is easy and convenient. Once the employee profile is updated, the system automatically creates a login id and password with a specific format i.e. Username - firstname.lastname@domainname.com/org.in/edu and Password - 123456. The employee through these credentials can login into his account and then can change his/her password.
