Fee structure is defined fee for particular program year wise. There can be same fee for each year in such scenarios fee structure can be replicated. Defining fee structure is nothing but structuring fee head wise amount. Fee structure can vary based on category & quota of students. Also sponsorship bodies play vital role in fee part.

Terminology Used

Academic Batch - Batches will be predefined duration of programs depending on start and end year of program. For example students who will be taking admission for MBA in 2020 will be having batch 2020-2022.

Academic Year- Academic year will be a year in which student is currently pursuing. Academic year can be first year, second year, third year depending on duration of program. For example students who have taken admission in 2019 will be in second year on 2020.

Fee Structure Name- Fee structure name will be user defined name for particular fee structure. This can be used for identification purpose by user and will be displayed at student end also.

Applicable from and to dates- These will be the dates in which fee structure will be effective. If student is active in 2nd year, his/her dates of first year's fee structure should be inactive and 2nd years fee structure should be active.
