Office Duty Leaves are those leaves where employees are out of the office promises especially at client location for official work. Office duty leaves are also called as On Duty Leaves in general terms. These leaves are considered as the employee working. This particular type of leave does not deduct any leaves from the employees leave balance. These leaves can be configured employee wise through leave admin. The main functionality of Office duty Leaves are as follows: 1. Configuration for On duty permissible types needs to be defined, along with sanctioning authorities. 2. On duty applications can be made by an employee from his/her login. 3. Application contains the type of office work the employee is going for, for what date & time range, etc. 4. According to the category of work, the sanctioning will be done by respective admins. 5. Alternate employees who will take responsibility of the work during absentees needs to be mentioned (though optional).
