SMS and E-Mail Pattern Configuration

Exam administrator can create templates for SMS and E-Mail that would be sent to resources allocated with certain duty. These templates can be created differently for different duties and details of duties can be sent via SMS or E-mail.

Pre-Requisite

  • Exam should be created

Input Needed

  • Department Name
  • Exam Name

Functionality

1) SMS and E-Mail Pattern Configuration

  • SMS and E-mail template can be drafted with respect to duty type.
  • Duty details can be shared to allocated authority via SMS and E-mail.


2) View SMS and E-Mail Pattern

  • Existing created templates for SMS and E-mail can be viewed.
  • User also has an option to delete the existing pattern.
