Synopsis submitted by student requires certain approval and evaluation by Guide,HOD,Thesis dept,Dean and referee.Once synopsis is reviewed by Candidates Guide & HOD it will be sent to Thesis department owner which user can define in Synopsis Component.

Terminologies Used

• Guide : Candidates Examiner who will guide him in accomplishment of his Thesis or dissertation.
• HOD : Head of the Department
• Dean : The head of a university faculty or department.
• Referee : A referee is someone who has been given the responsibility of evaluating the suitability of thesis and the candidate for the award of PG and Ph.d.

Functionality

1) Approve

• Based on student submission One PDF file will be generated and shown in Pending tab which HOD can review and decide to approve.Once it is approved by HOD it will be sent for approval to the Thesis Dept.
• HOD will able to check status of candidates submission and can communicate with respective authorities to take further action.
• Master and Ph.d candidate is given in separate tab,so that they can get the students details easily.
